Piapera Dormitory is a modern student accommodation project located in the heart of Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus. We aim to provide students with a safe, comfortable, and contemporary living environment. Our goal is to create a supportive space that encourages both academic success and personal development.

Is there a laundry service in the dormitory?
Yes. Our dormitory provides a laundry facility that operates with a token system.
Is the gym free to use?
The gym is open to the public, but students staying in the dormitory can use it free of charge.
Who can use the study room?
The study room is located on the first floor and can only be used by students staying in the dormitory free of charge.
Are electricity and water included?
Hot and cold water are free of charge. Electricity usage is charged according to the official electricity authority tariff.
Is room cleaning provided?
Yes. Room cleaning is provided twice a week free of charge.
Are bed sheets and towels changed regularly?
Yes. Bed sheets and towels are changed once a week free of charge.
Is there a dining hall?
Yes. The dormitory provides dining services seven days a week.
Is there security in the dormitory?
Yes. Dormitory entrances and exits are monitored during the day, and security services are provided at night.
Is internet available in the dormitory?
Yes. Free internet access is available for students staying in the dormitory.
What happens during power outages?
In case of power outages, the generator will operate and generator fuel or related expenses will not be charged to students.
What happens to students’ belongings during the summer break?
At the end of the academic term, students who plan to return after the summer break can reserve their rooms again, and the dormitory administration will provide a place for them to store their belongings.
